Job description
We are seeking a proactive and communicative SAP MM Support Specialist (f/m/d) to provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users, with a focus on ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving system-related issues. The ideal candidate will have solid SAP experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in digital technologies., * Provide first and second-level support for SAP MM module, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Monitor and optimize SAP MM processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Document solutions, workflows, and prepare performance reports for MM-related activities
- Collaborate with other SAP module specialists (SD, WM, PP) for integrated process support
- Participate in SAP MM enhancement projects and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in SAP MM support or related SAP modules
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and ECC with deep knowledge of MM processes (procurement, inventory management,logistic execution )
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and handle complex issues
- Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional support
