Job description
We are seeking a proactive and communicative SAP Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users, with a focus on ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving system-related issues. The ideal candidate will have solid SAP experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in digital technologies., *
- Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support by handling user inquiries and resolving or escalating incidents
- Document user requests and issues to help identify recurring problems and support process improvements
- Perform basic system checks and data validations within assigned SAP modules
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides and process descriptions
- Follow established quality and performance standards under the guidance of the Team Lead
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP in a support or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, personal initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German and experience with ServiceNow are strong advantages
