Provide first and second-level SAP support, resolving complex issues independently
Monitor SAP system performance and proactively address potential problems
Document solutions, processes, and prepare performance reports
Suggest and implement improvements for SAP workflows and functionalities

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in SAP support or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with knowledge of MM/WM, PP, SD, QM, and CS modules
- Ability to manage tasks with moderate supervision and increasing autonomy
- Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and project participation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional support
