MS SQL Server Migration Architect

• Preforming DB SQL server landscape
• Configuring SQL Server HA/DR (FCI, AG) in Azure with multiple subnets and multiple regions, Availability set
• Configuring and Administering Security/Policies/Resource Governing/Azure Key Vault
• Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Azure Cloud using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, Log shipping, Backup & restore and various other migration methods
• Plan Storage and Capacity Management and create logical models and build physical models
• Installing and configuring SQL Server all the version (200x to 2022)
• Design, implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability in Azure
• On-Prem/Cloud upgrade of SQL Server from Legacy version to latest versions in Azure
• Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting & PowerShell script

• Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Azure Cloud using DMA DMS Azure Data Studio Log shipping Backup restore and various other migration methods
• Work with Internal stakeholders Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordingly
• Driving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migration
• Plan Storage and Capacity Management and create logical models and build physical models
• Installing and configuring SQL Server all the version 200x to 2022
• Hands on experience on Windows and SQL servers issues and troubleshooting

Do you have experience in Windows?, 15 years, of IT experience and minimum of 5 years of experience on Azure Database Migration with technically guided managed and governed the team., * Design implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability in Azure

• OnPremCloud upgrade of SQL Server from Legacy version to latest versions in Azure
• Good knowledge in TSQL scripting PowerShell script
• Good understanding of Database Performance using various tools
• Conforming to client compliances and expectations

Certifications Good to have:

• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Associate
• DP300 Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions
• AZ305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

Soft Skills:

• Good customer connects
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage customer calls
• Prepare solution presentations
• Ability to work well in a team and Excellent problemsolving skills with Good communication
