Job description
- Provide technical support for our enterprise on-premise, cloud, and SaaS products, assisting customers with installations, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Linux-based systems and Docker container environments to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Support end-users across macOS and Windows environments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering & product teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
- Perform basic functionality tests for new server and client releases to help verify stability and identify obvious issues before release.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and timely support.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with our evolving product features, technologies, and customer needs.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong proficiency in working with Ubuntu/Linux environments and Docker containers.
- Solid understanding of file systems and access rights models, including Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Experience configuring and operating network-based file systems such as NFSv3, NFSv4, and Samba
- Proficient in network configuration and debugging, including routing, interface bonding, and connectivity issues
- Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Fluent German & English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and independent problem-solving abilities, with a strong customer-first mindset.
Nice to have:
- Basic experience working with GitLab.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux High Availability (HA) configuration and operation.
- A basic understanding of creative software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- General understanding of media production workflows or media asset management systems.
