UX/UI designer

For the UX conception and design of our IoT customer projects, and to support our marketing activities, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us as soon as possible at our Garbsen location (near Hanover) and our Bissendorf location (near Osnabrück).

Your area of responsibility as a UX/UI designer with an affinity for marketing

• Independent responsibility for UX and UI tasks in our IoT customer projects

• User-centered concept development including workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions
• Structuring requirements and creating clear UX concepts
• Creating mockups, prototypes, and UX flows
• Close collaboration with stakeholders, development, and project management
• Design of web and portal applications

• Creative and organizational support in marketing

• Organization and execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with development teams and management
• Maintenance and management of the company website
• Design of landing pages and marketing materials (web & print)
• Coordination of external service providers and internal approval processes
• Shaping our public presence with a strong sense of brand and target audience

• You bring several years of experience in UX/UI design and have a passion for user-centered design
• You have a strong understanding of usability and interaction design and can translate complex topics into intuitive interfaces
• You work confidently with Figma and design systems and can visualize your ideas convincingly
• Your creative toolkit includes common design and animation tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, ProtoPie, Lotties, or Rive
• You stand out through your structured, self-driven working style and strong organizational skills
• With your creative eye and sense of aesthetics, you help shape our external communication effectively
• Ideally, you have initial experience in coordinating marketing activities
• As a team player, you communicate openly and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
