You will (1) define features and requirements, (2) explore and propose concepts & algorithms, (3) develop and simulate models to ensure robust functionality & performance, and/or (4) contribute to power- & area-efficient realization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, In addition, candidates with strengths in one or more of the following areas will be given preference.
- Familiarity with MIMO, self-interference cancellation and other 6G related research and development topics.
- Familiarity with cellular communication standards, in particular 4G-LTE and 5G-NR RAN1/RAN4, including PHY procedures.
- Familiarity with RF impairments., Currently enrolled in a M.S. or Ph.D. degree program in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Availability for 6 months or longer. Solid foundations in signal processing and communication theory, such as filter design, OFDM, MIMO techniques, signal/parameter estimation and detection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid grasp of engineering mathematics, including linear algebra, probability and random processes. Experience with Matlab, C/C++ and/or Python for algorithm development, modeling, and link-level simulation. Strong teamwork spirit, respect for diverse viewpoints, ability to effectively communicate (in English) and work with a globally located team across different time-zones.
