Technical UI/UX Designer

• Create modern, user-centred UI/UX concepts and multiple design proposals using Figma and AI-supported design tools
• Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups aligned with product and business requirements
• Collaborate closely with developers and support the implementation process, including CSS-level evaluation
• Participate in daily stand-ups to maintain alignment and preserve design intent during development
• Conduct design reviews and acceptance checks to guarantee usability, consistency and visual quality
• Serve as the primary contact for design-related topics and contribute to a coherent, accessible and state-of-the-art product experience

Do you have experience in UX?, * Degree in (Product) Design, Digital Media, Computer Science or a related field

• 2-3 years of professional experience in the UI/UX sector
• Proficiency in Figma and confidence in using AI tools to enhance design workflows
• Technical understanding at CSS level with the ability to assess frontend implementation quality
• Strong awareness of modern design trends and a high attention to detail
• Proficiency when working with Jira and Confluence desirable
• Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), good German skills are a plus
• Basic financial domain knowledge is a welcome advantage
