CTO Co-Founder (FinTech/AI) | Equity: 30-35%

• Technical Architecture: Define the tech stack, choose the tools, and build a scalable, secure, and performant back-end from scratch.
• Core Engineering: Lead the development of the AI Ingestion Engine (OCR/NLP) to automate data extraction from unstructured financial documents.
• Compliance Engineering: Architect the core DTA Calculation Engine and implement security protocols necessary for BaFin/GDPR compliance.
• Strategy & Fundraising: Participate in all key investor meetings and recruit the initial engineering team.
• Work closely with the CEO and Tax Specialist on product strategy and roadmap.

Do you have experience in Python?, * Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience(Python, Go, or Node.js preferred).

• Non-negotiable interest in FinTech security; experience with BaFin/FCA compliance is a strong plus.
• Experience or deep interest in automation, integrations (bank APIs), or complex data systems.
• A founder mentality: ownership, creativity, and initiative.
• Based in Berlin or open to frequent collaboration
