Job description
- Design and maintain robust, trusted datasets for usage, billing, and customer health.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure scalable, automated data pipelines.
- Drive data governance and integrity initiatives to increase confidence in business metrics., * Develop a customer health score framework to anticipate churn and highlight expansion potential.
- Analyze adoption, engagement, and revenue patterns to guide Product, GTM, and Finance strategies.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Experience analyzing product usage and customer behavior in a product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve SaaS environment.
- SaaS data expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in customer or product analytics within B2B SaaS.
- Usage-based metrics mastery: You're fluent in ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and usage tracking.
- Data excellence: You're highly skilled in SQL and data manipulation, with strong command of visualization tools.
- Strategic insight: You've turned complex datasets into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
- Predictive modeling: You've worked with scoring algorithms or churn forecasting to anticipate customer behavior.
- Technical fluency: You understand modern data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
- Business acumen: You grasp the nuances of both self-service and sales-enabled SaaS models.
- Experimentation mindset: You enjoy testing hypotheses and measuring the impact of your analyses.
- Advanced analytics tools: Experience with dbt, Looker, or similar analytics stacks., * Statistical background: Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning for predictive use cases.
