Job description
- Design and implement a standardized framework for process documentation that teams can easily adopt
- Document key cross-team processes, creating clarity and consistency across the organization
- Identify and implement automations across People Team functions, leveraging AI-powered solutions where possible
- Serve as the first point of contact for process audits and collaborate with our internal GRC function on compliance topics
- Set process standards and empower subject matter experts to map and improve their own workflows
- Lead change initiatives that transform how the People Team operates
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Experienced in process design and process improvement, with a track record of delivering results
- Experienced in building workflow automations and connecting tools
- Excellent at stakeholder management, able to influence and collaborate across different teams and levels
- A problem-solver with who drives results even in ambiguous situations
- Business-savvy with an understanding of how People/HR teams operate
- Proficient with tooling such as HRIS platforms, project/task management software and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workday, Jira, Confluence, Zapier, Make)
- Having knowledge of design methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Human-Centered Design (preferred)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
