Job description
- As the one responsible for the entire IT product lifecycle, you ensure efficient operations at all times
- You manage and coordinate the development and operations value streams for your IT product
- A clear and compelling product vision is something you create and transport to the IT Delivery/Product Team
- When it comes to HR-related business processes (e.g., HR master data, travel management, talent management), you ensure they run exclusively through standard software with minimal customization (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Learning Management System)
- Acting as the voice of stakeholders, customers, and users within the team is second nature to you
- Together with the business counterpart and IT architect(s), you coordinate product content and the product backlog
- Prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business needs is part of your daily routine
- You take ownership of the product team's deliverables - ensuring time, quality, and cost expectations are met
- Supporting your teams in designing and developing future generations of IT products excites you
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A master's degree in information technologies or an equivalent qualification is part of your foundation
- You bring 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in HR software solutions
- Experience in a leadership or management position makes you confident in guiding teams
- Your technical expertise in IT product development and service delivery is both extensive and broad
- Requirements engineering is one of your strongest skills
- Advanced DevOps capabilities are part of your toolkit
- Product management skills are highly developed and ready to be applied
