Job description
We are currently looking for talented ServiceNow Developers/Experts with solid hands-on experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules., * Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and CMDB modules
- Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations in ServiceNow
- Configure and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data population
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers
- Ensure ServiceNow best practices and governance are followed across the implementation
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and practical experience implementing them in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required; other certifications (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) are a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken
