Tasks
- Conduct engaging security awareness training sessions for SMEs.
- Develop accessible content on complex IT security topics.

Security Awareness & Knowledge Transfer
- Design and implementation of security awareness training for SMEs
- Preparation of complex IT security topics in an understandable and practical manner
- Raising awareness of cyber risks among SMEs
Website & Content (ITSec4KMU.ch)
- Maintenance, updating, and further development of the content and platform ITSec4KMU.ch
- Creation of guides, checklists, short articles, and best practices
- Monitoring current threats and deriving relevant content for SMEs
Public Relations & Events
- Representation of ITSec4KMU at events, fairs, and conferences
- Conducting short presentations, information sessions, and networking formats
- Contact person for SMEs, partner organizations, and IT service providers, * We offer you a meaningful activity with high social relevance.
- An exciting, challenging, and versatile task in the lively environment of a university as well as an open, dynamic, and results-oriented organizational culture.
- In this role, you will have room for creativity, initiative, and independence as well as collaboration with SMEs, IT service providers, associations, and institutions.
- Your workplace is centrally located at Rotkreuz train station.
- As part of your activity, you also have the possibility to work partially from home.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, IT security, or related fields; training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical content., * You have completed training or studies in computer science, IT security, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have practical knowledge in IT security / cybersecurity, ideally in the SME environment, and ideally have experience in training or knowledge transfer.
- You have the ability to convey technical content clearly, structured, and appropriately for the target audience.
- You approach different stakeholders in a friendly and open manner, are communicative, and have a confident demeanor.
- You work independently, structured, reliably, remain calm under pressure, and can handle changes.
- You have interest and experience in neutral educational and awareness-raising work.
