Technical Lead Java

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead Java to work on critical applications. You will be responsible for TMA, legacy management, and projects of application evolution and migration.

This position offers the opportunity to work in complex environments and to technically lead developer teams, while contributing to the modernization of the IT system.

• Technical management of Java applications in TMA
• Supervision and support of developers (code reviews, best practices, skills development)
• Analysis, stabilization, and modernization of legacy applications
• Contribution to evolution and migration projects
• Interface with business and IT teams to ensure the quality and performance of the IT system

• Over 10 years of senior Java development experience is required.
• Expertise in TMA within complex environments is essential.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage technical teams., * Senior experience (minimum 10 years) in Java and Spring development
• Strong practice of TMA in complex environments
• Ability to lead a technical team
