Tasks

• Coordinate activities among teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and oversee delivery processes.
• Provide diverse reporting for operational insights., With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following tasks:
• Coordination of activities between different teams and stakeholders
• Workload planning * Management & monitoring of the schedule (budget, workload, delivery...)
• Various reporting, * Extensive ongoing training: business expertise, technologies, methodologies, and soft skills, including preparation and certification exams
• Personalized career paths
• Exciting interdisciplinary projects with renowned clients
• International exchange of knowledge and experiences thanks to a global network

• Master's in IT with 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven Agile project management expertise required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration essential., To ensure our success, you will play a key role by bringing:
• A higher education degree in computer science (Engineering School / HES / Master or equivalent)
• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management in fixed-price mode
• Desired service experience
• Proven practice in project management using Agile methodology
• Experience validated by a PMP/PMI certification or other recognized certification
• Swiss or European nationality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Strong service orientation
• A commercial dynamism aptitude is a real asset
