Tasks
- Lead Agile team members and prioritize team workload effectively.
- Define, build, and prioritize the team backlog collaboratively.
- Ensure daily operations and communicate with various stakeholders., To support a customer project, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Product Owner. In this role, you support the team in implementing a future-oriented and digital workplace to enable maximum productivity as well as limitless and location-independent collaboration for employees. The focus of the role is on OPS (Operations), especially ensuring daily operations and communication with various stakeholders.
Tasks
- Leads the Agile Team Members professionally and content-wise, coordinates and prioritizes the team's work
- Responsible for defining, building, and prioritizing the team backlog
- Collaboration with System Architects (Enablers) and other stakeholders
- Actively participates in events/syncs and supports the Product Manager in refining the backlog
- Preparation and execution of PI System Demos with program stakeholders
- Defines acceptance criteria and tests together with the team
- Ensures product availability with appropriate prioritization
- Coordinates technical, customer, and business-related dependencies with other POs
- Helps the team develop Team PI Objectives
- Shapes the Program Vision and Program Roadmap
- Ensures communication and good exchange with other stakeholders in the business
- Central news interface for the specialist department from/to SED for all changes
- Captures operational news and roadmap including updating or archiving (SOW)
- Creates daily news with the most important news, posts weekly summaries of key activities, writes monthly reviews
- Incident controlling, checks daily IC dashboard and sends reminders or escalates tickets if necessary
- Handles tickets with special challenges, analyzes reported tickets and forwards them
- Creates daily KAPA planning with TK regarding recording the daily attendance/absence list (effective/planned)
- Participation in Problem Management Weekly (moderation in rotation)
Requirements
- Solid IT education or degree in relevant fields with experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Ability to write and prioritize user stories and iterations., * Solid IT education or degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or similar
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner in larger IT projects, preferably workplaces & infrastructure
- Experience in agile methodology (SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework)
- Distinct characteristics and experience as a servant leader with a lean-agile mindset
- Excellent communication, cooperation skills, and experience in stakeholder management
- Competent in writing and prioritizing user stories and iteration increments
- Experience with complaint management, backlog, and statistics review
- Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Reporting: experience in statistics, reporting tools, and data science
- Fluent in German spoken and written as well as good English skills
