DevSecOps Lead (MSSP / Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Expert to design and operate secure, scalable backend systems for our MSSP platform. You will have a direct impact on the reliability, security and scalability of the cybersecurity services delivered to our clients., * You will guide teams through the end-to-end project lifecycle, covering the initial conception, business requirements, software architecture, implementation, and delivery. You will act as a technical lead and coach for the more junior team members.

• You will provide technological and architectural guidance, create strategic roadmaps, and advise on their execution to enhance the MSSP backend platform (Senthorus), ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines for infrastructure deployment and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems and incident response.
• Develop secure APIs in Python to interface with backend systems and services.
• Administer and integrate PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases for secure data management.
• Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (security analysts, customer support, etc.) to meet client-specific needs.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven, risk-based alerting systems to enhance threat detection and response.

Your profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps or SecDevOps roles, ideally within MSSP or SOC environments.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and operating backend DevOps infrastructure.
• Proven experience in threat detection.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as Endpoint Security, XDR, and SIEM platforms.
• Proficiency in query languages, SOAR platforms, and security product integrations.
• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), cloud services, and infrastructure.
