SAP MM & Ariba Expert Consultant (M/F)

Tasks

• Lead workshops on Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Collaboration.
• Design and configure SAP MM/S/4HANA for procurement processes.
• Optimize P2P and S2C processes for visibility and automation., As a SAP MM Expert Consultant, you play a key role in the digital transformation of purchasing and the integration of logistics and financial flows with S/4HANA., * Facilitation of business workshops: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Collaboration
• Design & configuration of SAP MM / S/4HANA:
• supplier management, catalogs, pricing, invoicing, stocks, logistics inputs…
• End-to-end integration MM * Ariba (S2C/P2P) in use cases where Cloud adds value
• Optimization of P2P & S2C processes: automation, compliance, cross-visibility
• Change management support: training, support, documentation
• Contribution to SAP Supply Chain pre-sales, capitalization, and continuous offer improvement
• Skills transfer & participation in the development of eProcurement expertise

• 5 years in SAP projects with expertise in SAP MM and S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration and eProcurement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management., Required for the position:
• Confirmed SAP MM expertise (P2P, logistics, purchase pricing, invoicing, suppliers…)
• Experience integrating S/4HANA - MM with SAP Ariba (or strong willingness to develop skills)
• Knowledge of technical interface mechanisms (CIG, data mapping, IDocs/API…)
• 5 years of experience in SAP projects (purchasing / supply chain)
• Bachelor +4/5 degree in IS / Purchasing / Supply Chain
• Professional French & English required (German = a real plus in Switzerland)

Appreciated assets:

• Experience with SAP Ariba (S2C / P2P) or other eProcurement platforms (Coupa, Ivalua…)
• Basic ABAP knowledge for technical reading
• Knowledge of direct & indirect purchasing (indexing, quality…)
• Practices: project management & workshop facilitation
