Job description
The AI&D team is looking for a (Senior) Consultant in Data & AI Governance to strengthen the team across the domains of Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI Governance, and Master Data Management / ERP Data Governance. You will gain exposure to multiple industries and projects, working at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy.
- Contribute to projects that span the full spectrum of data & AI strategy, data governance, AI governance and ERP/MDM governance.
- Support clients in defining and implementing operating models, frameworks, and governance processes to strengthen their data and AI foundations.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and advancements in AI & data governance and AI & data strategy, bringing thought leadership and innovative approaches.
- Advise clients on modernizing their data ecosystem-from platforms to data products and governance structures-while ensuring AI is embedded responsibly and ethically.
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops, interviews, and meetings.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across data and AI programs.
- Contribute to proposals and go-to-market activities across the AI & Data Strategy portfolio.
- Perform research and analysis on best practices in AI governance, data governance, and MDM/ERP governance, and translate findings into client recommendations.
- Deliver clear reports, conclusions, and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Conduct trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and external audiences.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in data, AI, or digital transformation projects with exposure to one or more of the following: data governance, AI governance, data & AI strategy, and ERP/MDM governance.
- Passionate about the role of data and AI in transforming organizations, with a curiosity for both strategic and operational aspects.
- Proven ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects involving data platforms, data & AI governance, AI ethics, and MDM or ERP transformations.
- Familiarity with data and AI governance frameworks, data and AI strategy practices, and ERP/MDM processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical roadmaps and solutions.
- Experience with data or AI governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Atlan, MS Purview, SAP MDG, Responsible AI frameworks) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; able to facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and engage stakeholders in diverse environments.
- Collaborative team player, self-starter, and eager to learn across multiple data & AI domains.
- Fluent in English with a very good level in Dutch and/or French., + Hybrid workplace: combination of home office and on-site (+10 offices in Belgium or client's premises).
- Part-time employment: all our jobs are open to full-time or part-time work under a 90% or 80% regime.
