AISB-626 IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Your Role:

As a member of the Rollout & Support Operations team, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting IT systems. You will ensure infrastructure stability and performance while collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Azure systems (Linux and OpenShift are a plus).
• Monitor systems and ensure operational performance.
• Handle DNS, DHCP, and firewall requests, as well as incidents and changes.
• Contribute to automation of deployments using scripts and tools (PowerShell, Ansible, GitLab).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Translate technical language for end users and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience with Windows and Azure systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Autonomy, precision, and follow-up in managing incidents and changes.
• Team player, assertive, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Certifications in Windows, Azure, OpenShift, Ansible, GIT, Fortigate... are a bonus.
