ERP Inhouse Consultant

• Implement the unified ERP system Microsoft Dynamics BC across Global Hydro Energy GmbH locations
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including scheduling, milestone definition, and transparent communication of progress to all stakeholders
• Act as the central interface between internal key users and external implementation and process partners
• Continuously optimize, enhance, and ensure quality of the ERP system during ongoing operations, Flexible working hours, numerous employee events, training and development opportunities, home office options, and much more!

• Completed degree in business administration with a strong affinity for IT
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the implementation or enhancement of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

For this position, the minimum monthly gross salary is €4,000 with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
